Catriona is an experienced evaluator with proven expertise undertaking complex monitoring, evaluation and learning processes in a range of sectors including social development, education, civil society, private sector development and governance. She has a strong technical background in a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and outstanding leadership and relationship management skills. Catriona has developed and implemented evaluation frameworks on a wide range of programs and understands the importance of generating meaningful, useful and robust data to meet accountability requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Catriona is committed to design and evaluation practice which engages and empowers stakeholders to use monitoring data and evaluation reports to drive policy and practice. She has presented papers on the role of evaluation in supporting change management and is committed to helping enhance the relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of programs through effective use of information.
