I’m a Senior Project Manager based in Canberra with more than 15 years’ experience in managing international development programs in the Pacific, Africa and South East Asia.

Currently I am managing the Pacific RISE (Readiness for Investment in Social Enterprise) Facility, a pilot innovation of the Australian Government introducing impact investment into the Pacific Islands.  Impact investments look beyond financial returns and aims to deliver measurable social and environmental impacts. Pacific RISE incorporates the practices of gender lens investing to increase the effectiveness of investments.

Prior to this, I worked with Australian and UK donors in private sector development programs including managing the Australian Government’s Enterprise Challenge Fund covering nine countries in South East Asia and the Pacific, as a reference group member for the evaluation of the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund and supporting the Australia Awards programs in South East Asia.

I am a current member of CPA Australia and have an MBA from the University of Canberra.
