Coffey evaluation expert Karolina Wrona will be the keynote speaker at this year’s European Conference on Public Communication in October. She will be joined by Melanie Kitchener.
Karolina and Melanie wrote a study on good practices in EU Regional Policy communication, and are both experienced evaluators of public information and communication activities. They will share their expertise on how to measure the impact of EU communication practices and identify effective communication methods in the Member States.
The conference is organised by the European Union's assembly of regional and local representatives, the Committee of the Regions. Each year the Conference brings together communication managers and senior experts from local, regional, national and European authorities. It is expected to attract more than 1000 participants this year.
Previous keynote speakers include European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign Rapid Response Director Matthew McGregor.
