Coffey has congratulated Watpac Construction for its win at the 2015 NSW Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards over the weekend.
Coffey was the project manager for the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Port Macquarie Shared Health Research and Education Campus, which won the ‘Best Tertiary Education Building’ in the $10 million to $20 million category at the awards.
Coffey Project Manager Mark Vandoros attended the event, saying he was proud to have contributed to the delivery of such outstanding educational facilities.
“Congratulations to Watpac Construction and BNMH Architects' Ray Hudson,” Mark said.
UNSW engaged Coffey to provide local project management oversight for this facility which was delivered remotely from their Sydney campus. The project’s stakeholders also included the University of Newcastle and North Coast TAFE.
